There is a certain kind of madness that comes with ordering a full cocktail flight at a themed bar, and the Umbrella Corporation Cafe at Universal Horror Unleashed leans hard into that chaos. I walked in expecting a few gimmicky neon shots and maybe a dry ice fog machine. I walked out two hours later with a buzz, a slight sugar crash, and a genuine respect for the bartenders.

The menu splits into three categories: the T-Virus line, the Nemesis series, and the "Safe Room" mocktails.
