GTA 6 Leaked Gameplay Shows Off Chaos in a Knockoff Ranchero

GTA 6 Leaked Gameplay Shows Off Chaos in a Knockoff Ranchero

Fresh gameplay footage of Grand Theft Auto VI has surfaced online, just days before the game is expected to get a major showcase on Netflix. The leaked clips, which appear to be captured from an early build, focus on the chaos that erupts when players get behind the wheel of a vehicle that closely mimics the classic Ranchero pickup.

The video shows the player weaving through dense traffic in what looks like Vice City, with the knockoff Ranchero handling noticeably heavier than past GTA cars. The rear end slides out easily on wet pavement, and the suspension bounces hard over curbs, making simple chases feel unpredictable. What stands out most is the new pedestrian reaction system. Bystanders now scramble, scream, and even pull out their phones to record the mayhem instead of just running in place. Cops also seem smarter, boxing in the vehicle from multiple angles rather than ramming it head-on.

Another detail in the leak is the damage model. The Ranchero's body panels dent and crumple in stages, and the windshield cracks in a spiderweb pattern that actually obstructs the driver's view. Flipping the truck over results in a fuel leak that can ignite if the engine sparks, adding a fresh layer of danger to every crash.

Fans have already started comparing the footage to older leaks, and most agree the animation work looks far more polished. The game's official reveal on Netflix is still scheduled, but this early look has only ramped up the hype. Rockstar has not commented on the leak, but the footage matches the studio's known focus on reactive environments and grounded physics. If this is just a taste of what's coming, the full release could be a whole new level of open-world chaos.
